Secure Online Payment

All online payments are made through the secure Worldpay website.  And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them.  We can also accept telephone orders by calling 0131 557 5432.  Card payments for telephone orders are processed using a Streamline Point of Sale (POS) terminal in store.  Your card details are destroyed after payment has been authorised.

You can pay for your order using, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Switch and Solo cards.

Your Right To Cancel

If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.  We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we shall give you a full refund, or exchange provided the goods are returned to us in perfect condition.  This excludes any instruments or accessories in our special offer section.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning all goods, either by post or courier.  You may also return instruments or accessories in person at our Edinburgh or London shops.

We will let you know by telephone or email as soon as the goods have been received.  Your refund or replacement will be processed as quickly as possible. All refunds will be issued to the debit or credit card originally used to make payment. Please allow 10 working days for this to reach your account.
